Lady Bulldogs earn a 37-point victory

Georgia was able to shake off the effects of travelling back from Las Vegas and record a comfortable 40-point win against South Carolina State, reads the lead of the Red & Black article. The game ended with a final score 85-45.

Adams predicts a Bulldog win over LSU

President Adams predicts that the Georgia Bulldogs will defeat LSU in this Saturday’s SEC game with a score of 24-17, says the Red & Black. Adams also continues to refuse to make any comment on Mark Richt and any possible extension of his contract.

Georgia Gym Dogs Ranked No. 9

The Georgia gymnastics team, the Gym Dogs, ranked No. 9 in the preseason poll, reports Online Athens. Throughout the remainder of the season, the team will meet against seven of the top 12 teams.

Bulldogs Offense improves greatly

The offensive line of the Georgia football team have made great strides since their first game, reports Online Athens.  Georgia now ranks in the top four in the SEC in passing offense.

Weather change can cause cramping during the game

It’s not something most fans think about but as the head of the team, Mark Richt shows concern on cramping issues rising at the game Saturday. Practice conditions have been held in the cold outside and the game will take place indoors — which, could have negative effects on the players’ muscles, reports the Red & Black.
